Tailored Rental Zones for Every Celebration
Our property is home to six distinct rental zones, each offering a unique atmosphere for your private gathering. Choose from The Pavilion, The Pearl, The Garden, Back 60, The Chapel, or The Lounge to find the perfect backdrop for your wedding, graduation, or retirement party. With the capacity to host up to six events simultaneously, our venue provides the versatility to accommodate intimate groups or large crowds of up to 500 guests.
Events Guidelines & Policies
Ensuring a Seamless and Safe Celebration
To guarantee a successful event for all our guests, La Vernia’s Den maintains specific guidelines for every rental zone. All private events require a 48-hour advance booking, and your reservation is only secured once a non-refundable payment is made in person or over the phone. We offer two primary time blocks: 9 AM to 4 PM and 5 PM until closing.
While we encourage you to personalize your space with celebratory desserts like cakes and cookies, please note that no outside food or alcohol is permitted. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund, and weather-related refunds are only issued if the establishment is forced to close.
