The Pavilion
The Pavilion's fireplace area accommodates 50-75 guests and features four heaters plus a fireplace for winter comfort, along with three fans for summer cooling. The covered space includes eight 72-inch round tables with seating for eight at each table, plus additional tables for cake, gifts, and catered food service.

The Pearl
The Pearl area extends from the Pearl truck to the concrete space near the bar and bathrooms, accommodating 30 guests inside and up to 80 people outside. This partially covered space features column-mounted fans throughout the covered section, along with four picnic tables and one round table, all with umbrellas in the backyard area.
Additional tables and chairs are available upon request, and this venue is perfect for parties wanting to enjoy games like cornhole or washer boards.

Back 60
The Back 60 area, located between the stage and Pavilion, accommodates up to 60 guests. The rental price includes a dedicated server, four heaters for winter months, and two fans for summer comfort. This area is completely covered.

The Lounge
Mini Lounge (area off the pavement in front of bar area) holds 30. The rental price includes two heaters in the winter and a fan in the summer. This area is nestled under our beautiful oak trees and is completely shaded even with full sun.

The Chapel
The Chapel, our scenic area with picnic tables behind the fireplace, accommodates up to 100 guests. We provide tables and chairs to customize this versatile space for your specific event. Perfect for weddings, showers, birthdays, cornhole or washer tournaments, and large company or club gatherings, the Chapel can also be combined with the Pearl area to accommodate up to 200 people.
