We’ll collaborate with you to create a custom catering menu tailored to your budget and preferences. Parties are now limited to the duration for their party. This includes set up for their party, the party itself and the breakdown of their party. The Pavilion, The Pearl, The Garden, Back 60, Chapel and Lounge have a time frame from 9-4 or 5-close. NO outside food is permitted. Parties may bring a cake, cupcake or cookies.

The payments for rental spaces are due upon request of the reservation spot. The payment may be done in person at LV Den or by phone with Jessica. All parties are confirmed by Jessica and payments are non-refundable unless the weather is below 40 degrees or more than 2 inches of rain. Parties have to be booked 48 hours in advance. There is a 24 hour cancellation period where a refund can be given.

This chart is primarily for weekends, during the week traffic isn’t like weekends. We are firm on pricing on Friday and Saturday nights. Consult Jessica for all catering fees and requests.

All reservations need to be made through our catering email catering@thedenlavernia.com or Jessica 830-743-0400. All paid reservations include unsweet tea, ice, water, and cup station setup. Evening parties will have a dedicated cocktail server, morning parties can request cocktail server. All catered parties will have a catering specialist handling catered food needs. Gratuity is not included in rental pricing or catered food pricing and is at discretion of the guest.

All areas include the following with the rental fee. Tea and water station, a dedicated server for alcoholic drink purchase, a server for catered food to attend needs, setup and cleanup for special occasions. We do have black table cloths that can be used at an additional charge.

Pavilion (fireplace area) holds 50-75 $400 There are four heaters and the fireplace for the winter time and three fans for the summertime. The area includes eight round 72” tables with eight chairs at each table. This area is completely covered. We have tables for cake and gifts and catered food that are set in this area as well.

The Pearl (area from Pearl truck to the concrete area by the bar and bathrooms)( inside area seats 30 with outside area up to 80 people) $200 price This area is partially covered. There are fans that are installed to the columns in the covered area of the Pearl. There are four picnic tables with umbrellas and one round table with an umbrella in the backyard area. We do have additional tables and chairs that can be setup if needed. This spot is awesome for parties that want cornhole or washer boards.

The Chapel (area with picnic tables behind the fireplace area) holds up to 100 $200. We have tables and chairs to set this spot up for whatever event you desire. This spot is a versatile spot that could be used for weddings, showers, birthdays, cornhole or washer tournaments, large company or club gatherings. Combined with the Pearl area you could easily accommodate 200 people.

The Back 60 (area between the stage and Pavilion) holds 60 $150 price includes dedicated server, and four heaters in the winter and two fans during the summer. This area is completely covered

Mini Lounge (area off the pavement in front of bar area) holds 30 $100 price includes two heaters in the winter and a fan in the summer. This area is nestled under our beautiful oak trees and is completely shaded even with full sun.

The grassy backyard area is a versatile spot that we can set up to your party needs. This is a smaller party area for about 20-30 perfect again for bringing washer boards or cornhole boards. This area is $50.

The playground party spot. We can create an awesome party for 30-40 people. We have tables and chairs to make this a fun spot to play and party. This area is $50 and is completely shaded.

All fires and heaters are started at 50 degrees and under. There is a $50 charge to light a fire for guests if the area is not already rented.
The Den will clean up all areas when the event is over, anything left will be thrown away.
All areas can be re configured to accommodate any party request you may have, The Den has extra tables and chairs. Charge could possibly be attached.
Absolutely no confetti, confetti poppers, or confetti balloons are allowed. There will be a $75 clean up charge assessed to any parties that do not comply with this rule.
It is strongly recommended that all parties over 50 use the catering menu provided by The Den. Parties that are over 75 can request a satellite bar at a $50 setup charge.

Please ask staff when moving any furniture, heaters or fans. We will be happy to help with any requests.
